Earth Flow EF 20 & EF 40 – Composter

The Earth-Flow system features a permanently integrated turning unit. It is designed as a closed or partially closed system. The biowaste is pre-rotted in the Earth Flow container for approx. 10 to 20 days. Afterward, the compost is post-rotted in windrows, for example, where it can mature. The Earth Flow system, therefore, represents the ideal basis for plants with small to medium capacities No additional converter is required, making it the perfect solution for capacities between 100 and 1,000 tons per year.

The Earth Flow system can be also fitted with an optional biofilter to completely eliminate odor emissions. Compact and flexible, the container takes over the critical phase of composting, ensuring aerobic decomposition right from the start. The Earth Flow system is thus ideally suited for composting in vegetable growing, agriculture, horse farms, and smaller composting plants in the municipal sector. And with its integrated conversion unit, the system is particularly suitable for the aerobization of digestate from biogas plants.

The Earth Flow container is the ideal standalone system for small capacities of 0.5 to 3 tons of waste per day.
